Segment I and Segment II contracts

How to enroll for Seg I

Student must meet the following requirements

• Student MUST be 14 years 8 months old when class starts
• Must turn in a completed Seg I Contract (Found Below)
• Must turn in a COPY of the student's birth certificate.
• Must turn in payment for Seg I

This can be accomplished by mailing all the required paperwork to C&C Driving School prior to the start of the class.

 

Seg I contract

How to enroll for Seg II

Student must meet the following requirements

• Must have been on Level I permit for at least 90 days.
• Bring to class documentation of 30 hours driven with parent or guardian, incl 2 night hrs.
• Must turn in a completed Seg II Contract (Found Below)
• Must turn in payment for Seg II

This can be accomplished by mailing all the required paperwork to C&C Driving School prior to the start of the class and bringing documentation of hours to class
